The ‘What will people think of me?’ question has killed so many of us many times over in our teens. Believe us, nobody cares for anyone but themselves. Look out for your happiness, the world is going to go on, why not do what you want and let things flow anyway? Nothing matters more, than being confident in your skin and happy with who you are.
3. The Power of Saying ‘No’
As a species, we always want to feel validated and liked. So much that we end up saying ‘yes’ to anything and everything. Once you say NO, a certain sort of freedom washes over you. So relieving! This definitely is one of those facts we wish we could tell our younger selves. Future, take note!

There are times when we’ve completely dismissed our mom’s advice. Call it what you might, but moms are akin to mysterious all-knowing beings.
