The leopard print is a perennial classic but had died down a little post its peak about 2 years ago. Well lo and behold, it makes it comeback. However, it’s not the leopard print but legit leopards – and swans and butterflies as prints that are making an appearance again. Seems like fashion trends are being inspired by Alessandro Michele’s newest collection for Gucci and have taken a turn for couture inspo. Animal motifs are coming and boy are the coming BIG!

Cat-eyes are a fashion favourite and when it comes to summer shades, a few styles can hold a candle to this classic. This season the cat-eye gets sharper and how! Although many have found it tricky to wear, depending on one’s bone structure, these babies have turned up on the catwalks of all the big name fashion mainstays like Gucci, 3.1 Phillip Lim and Dries Van Noten. The golden era framed beauty are vintage classics for all the right reasons but in 2016, they’re that bit of fierce and devil-may-care touch your wardrobe needs.
