Valentine’s Day celebrates love and friendship. Let’s admit it, we are all exited about the day! The date night of the year, it is definitely important to be at your best. Looking at our closet full of clothes, we feel that we have nothing to wear. While comfortability is a top priority, there are some definite no-no’s when it comes to the fashion game. The list of things to wear are endless.
So we have put together a list of things not to wear this Valentine’s Day to make things a whole lot easier for you!
1.Distressed Jeans : We agree they are comfy, but stay away from them and put on a pretty dress. Since it’s a special occasion, opt for something different that what you would wear for a normal date.
2. Something Your Date Has Seen You Wear Before : Valentine’s Day is all about showing that you care for the other. We suggest that you put on something new to make things exiting and make it special for yourself.
3. Flats/ Sneakers : Avoid casual items like flats, sneakers and choose a pair of heels that you can walk in to make it special.
4. Too tight dresses : Select something that let’s you have a good time and not something that makes you uncomfortable after a while. We don’t want to be a spoilsport do we?
5. Head-to-toe Red : We agree red is the staple colour of Valentine’s Day. While it is a colour which can never go wrong, make sure you don;t take it over the top. Also, we suggest you try something fresh this year like blue, green and the like.
So avoid these fashion tragedies this Valentine’s Day and look stunning! Happy Valentine’s Day!
